> In case you haven't seen it, there's a 10-page cover story in the Seattle Times Magazine. The web link to it is: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/pacificnw/2003/0727/ We're excited to have the Tango body molds from Montreal and are eager to start producing parts. The major factor keeping us from moving forward quickly is a lack of funds. Investors are skeptical that people will pay enough for a Tango to build a profitable business. We believe that the only way to start this business on solid ground is to build a product as perfectly as possible and then sell it for a reasonable profit. A small initial market for $80,000 Tangos is acceptable because those customers will boast of the Tango's excellent value. Word-of-mouth advertising from happy customers will allow us to raise capital for engineering and bulk purchasing for mass production. If you or someone you know would be interested in one of the first 10 Tangos for $80,000, and are
willing to put an equitable deposit in a neutral escrow to secure the order, please let us know. We
have been offered funding for these first 10 cars if we can show 10 solid orders. If you would like
to help with the drafting of the agreement, please let us know. See also
