Gardner Watts LTD's Thermal Energy Cell (TEC)
Modified electrolysis uses tungsten cathode, platinum
anode, applied with high voltage high frequency pulsed DC current results in a
plasma being formed between the electrodes, releasing monoatomic hydrogen and
further catalytic reactions that produce excess heat. Energy gains range
from between 20 - 100 times more output than input. Independently
verified at Bristol University.
"The device seems to tap into another, previously
unrecognized source of energy" -- Christopher Davies, managing director
of Gardner Watts.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus are described for
releasing energy from hydrogen and/or deuterium atoms. An electrolyte is
provided which has a catalyst therein suitable for initiating transitions of
hydrogen and/or deuterium atoms in the electrolyte to a subground energy
state. A plasma discharge is generated in the electrolyte to release energy
by fusing the atoms together.
