Yes, I am back but only for just a short time this phase. I am taking considerable amounts of
flak from way up top concerning my willingness to share what has been produced successfully in our
lab there.
I will be getting a "neutral" cell number that you personally can call me through. I am
preparing to blow the lid off something very important before a proposed action is taken against me.
They have been misusing projected magnetic fluxes for more things than just weather control and the
production of F.E. . I have made copies of everything concerning the advanced perpetual generation
systems similar to HJs but far more advanced. In the event that "Hell Freezes Over" these
information packets followed by fully functional and finished preliminary prototypes will be sent to
you and others with the brass balls it will take to catapult them into the mainstream.
It is a comforting knowing that your assigned website is there so that certain
"announcements" can be listed at a moments notice if all else fails.

Anything I say can be observed by anyone unless I request to you personally otherwise. I must say
that when I observed the section of your site that contained the 8 finned Electromagnetic device
that one of the critics were brooding over that there is much similarity between it and the Swastika
Device developed by our lab three years ago. We know that it works and by the description of it in
your website that it too works.
There are certain contractual obligations that prevent me from sharing much of the research
developed at the labs in which I work but I can tell you that the HJ works [public domain now] and
that much of our research has its basic intellectual framework based upon that concept so in reality
telling you how to make the HJ "better" by certain "modifications" in certain
chosen "directions of technological pursuit" could in fact inspire certain do-it-your-selfers
to coincidently arrive at similar resulting destinations as our research only Sam has a bigger
budget for the Cadillac versions.

| June 27, 2003 update
Unfortunately, Stephen Walker has kind of disappeared on us. He first claimed
to have plans, and began conveying them to us; then suddenly he said was called off to
Los Alamos where he said he would have to be incommunicado for several months; then we
heard from him again on April 15, 2003, and he said he would begin continuing with the
plans.
Meanwhile, we've had reports that he is of an unstable mind and a lot of what he
reports is fabrication. I asked him about this, to get his feedback, and I've not
heard from him since. Either it is true, or he has an awfully thin skin,
or.... I would think that if it were not true, then he would have just laughed
with us, and pressed forward.
Then again, it's possible he was whisked away again by those who he answer to, and he
is legitimate. Time will tell.
