Torbj was no mere "customer," but a potential business associate

business associate
Mr. Torbj. H. states at the end of his email
that he is "A CHEATED CUSTOMER."
Don't you think it is dishonest of him to make
himself sound like he was nothing other than a customer?
The truth, that I have documented from Torbj H.
himself (he sent me a bunch of past email correspondence) as well as copies
of their correspondence that I received from Mike Brady, is that he was
looking at a business relationship with Mike Brady, and they were well into
that relationship at the time they cut off their relationship.
The "customer" relationship is very
different from the "business" relationship. In the start-up
company relationship, people assume mutual risks as part of the blood,
sweat, and tears of launching something new.
Torbj commenced with a "business"
relationship intended, as expressed in his emails to Mike. Then, when
things didn't happen on the time scale that was hoped for at first, he
suddenly refers to himself as a mere "customer."
That, in my opinion, is both lame and
false. He is the one who is not being honest.
It's like a girl seducing a man with the
pretence of mutual love and then crying rape.
This was not a "rape," it was a
"live and learn" experience.
Torbj's whining as if he was innocently violated
is deceptive. He is the one who ought to be listed on the
"fraud alert" list, not Mike. The entry would read something
like this: "Warning, do not do business with this man. He
is a wimp, and when things don't turn out quite right, he will turn around
and stab you in the back."
I have not seen a copy of Mike's email in which
he purportedly sent proprietary info to Torbj, but Mike said he has a
copy. Mike wants legal assurances from Torbj that he will not violate
that proprietary info before refunding the money, as well as a public
apology for the slander.
I have been to Johannesburg to meet with Mike,
and while he does tend to think he is further along than he really is, he
does not intentionally misrepresent the truth. That has been my
experience anyway.
You better believe I would "expose"
Mike if I thought he was a fraud.
I do not believe he is. [see
caution May 20, 2004]
Torbj is the one who is out of line here.
He should be kicked out of the FE sandbox and not be allowed to play any
more. He is a disgrace.
I've received 15 emails from him in the last 12
some hours, duplicates of two messages that he is posting to various forums.
Torbj is the one who should be
"exposed," not Mike.

Sterling,
This is not my battle, and it has a long
complicated history with 100's of e-mails.
Torjb ordered a unit (preliminary) for selling
these units overseas - the business relationship. Torjb had funding and
other resources available to begin selling these. However, the unit
never arrived as promised, causing Torjb to loose his backing and credibility.
My posting stands.
Thanks,
Don
Sterling's Rebuttal to Don AdsittApril 6, 2003 am Don, at first reaction, I had sympathy with your reason, but now that I've slept on it, I have this to say. Those who are involved in this pioneering venture of bringing forth this revolutionary technology, be their inventors, businessmen, or investors, must be able to stand up to the heat of the dynamics of the field, or they are not of sufficient caliber to warrant the future esteemed title of "noble pioneer." The bottom line is that Torbj. et. al. do not have what it takes to see this through to the end. This is not just "another" technology to come along. It is one that will revolutionize the planet for good, and its birthing will not be without significant labor pains as the powers that be fight against it coming forth (and the pioneers fight amongst themselves).. My point stands, and that is that as far as the free energy community is concerned, Torbj. and his team are not cut out for this battle, and I would caution anyone against dealing with them. They are wimps. $6,000 is nothing when you consider what some people put into this by way of sacrifice. I'm not saying that Torbj. shouldn't get his $6,000 back. But I am saying that Mike's conditions for Torbj. getting the money back are reasonable. Sterling D. Allan
