Bob Lazar & Lifter Technology

Subject: Bob Lazar Conversation
Dear Sterling:
I managed to finally get in touch with Bob Lazar (yep, that one), and spoke with him for about an
hour with regard to Lifter technology.
He indicated that it might be interesting to see if we could create a self-levitating power-supply
through a cheap nuclear battery -- ie: a beta-emitter trapped in a vacuum container. He wasn't sure
about this, because the current-level would measure in the microamps, instead of millamps like we
usually test with.
However, the most interesting thought that he had was with regard to "uranium oxide" --
apparently this stuff is non-radioactive, to the point where they use it as a pottery-glaze in
dishware.
Bob's thought was that the Uranium-Oxide seems to create an unexplained abundance of electric-charge
that is currently unexplained by science. Something to the order of increasing the voltage of the
electrons by 10x their original voltage.
Obviously, this would be of great assistance to us in using lower-voltages with higher-currents to
get a more pronounced effect.
Some of this knowledge apparently comes from work with ion-emitter needles that have a uranium-oxide
coating for a project that Bob is currently working on -- an O3 producer (ozone) for
automotive-emissions testing.
Additionally, Bob indicated that his air-force contacts had serious problems with this when building
the B-2 bomber, because the wing-tips use a high voltage to assist with "shaping the
airflow" over the wings. Apparently they could not get the results that they had planned for
using the uranium-oxide coating on the wing tips.
The reason that they use uranium-oxide on the wing-tips is because it is "depleted
uranium", and can stand up to the high-stress and high-heat involved with flight. For more
information on how high-voltages can shape airflow over a wing, consult Jean-Louis Naudin's
remarkable work into this subject on his website.
With regard to the UFO information from what he worked with at Area 51, we still haven't completely
gone through that yet, however, there was one interesting aspect.
Bob was very interested in the "Art's Parts" analysis online at the Art Bell website. I
had suggested to him the connection between Element 115 and Bismuth (they are in the same family on
the periodic table), and he concurred that there might be a possibility of finding some anomalous
results in Bismuth to help substantiate the properties of Element 115.
Additionally, he noted that a German research company is currently conducting analysis which they
believe may allow them to create Element 115 in the near future.
I also discussed briefly with him that idea of substituting the gravitational-drives in the
"Sport Model" for perhaps the ELF gravitational shields that are based on the De Aquino
idea, which is online at http://www.americanantigravity.com
